Service Description

This workshop is all about cool static pole tricks and smooth transitions. Learn the art of static rotations, power spins, dynamic movements and pole flips. This is a fun and challenging class which will make use of full pole, learning interesting ways up the pole and performing cool transitions on the way down. This workshop can be adjusted to suit the student's ability. Pre-requite: students must be able to invert confidently. 13 April 2025, 3:15PM (90 mins)
